What started as a way to move through trauma grew into so much more. With time, unfolding and unlocking deeper aspects of the reality of what was going on. I've had the time to process, learn and continue growing from the experience.
There is so much more going on than what we can perceived with human eye. What a gift to be on a journey of rediscovering and remembering my own gifts and connection to the unseen world.
I can look back with gratitude on the experience I had with addiction that jolted me into remembering.
This is that story.

About Me
Hi - My name is Sarah and I am a recovered drug addict of almost 7 years.
I spent the last bit of my teen years into my mid twenties in active addict. It was a crazy rollercoaster of perceived highs and rock bottom lows. Being in addiction was a completely different reality and level of existence, I never imagined or planned to be able to walk away and have a life again.
Since becoming clean, I started dedicating my time to researching and learning about mental health, nutritional deficiencies and healing through food and holistic healing modalities.
I can now look back with gratitude at the growth and lessons learnt that have helped/ are helping shape and propel me to where I need to be.
I am grateful for you to be here.

Sarah
